The product must be in the same condition you received it: never worn, with protective films, original packaging and intact shipping box, attaching photos of the product, box and documents. If the return is accepted we send you the insured shipping label; the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 working days of inspection. Excluded: discounted items, gift cards, used or damaged products and items without films or original packaging.
